Working principle of hydraulic rail clamp


1. The hydraulic pump converts the liquid pressure into mechanical energy and pushes the liquid into the hydraulic valve.
2. The hydraulic valve controls the flow direction and flow rate of the liquid according to the received signal, and then controls the expansion and contraction of the hydraulic cylinder.
3. As the actuator, the hydraulic cylinder expands and contracts according to the control command of the hydraulic valve, so as to realize the clamping or loosening operation of the rail clamp.
4. The pressure sensor is used to monitor the working pressure of the hydraulic system. Once the pressure is too high or too low, an alarm signal will be sent for timely processing.
