Application:

Many major accidents have caused huge losses, which have attracted great attention of related industries and taken some wind safety measures.


YJGQ hydraulic rail clamp is mainly used to prevent wind and resist other external impact forces under working or non-working conditions of various rail-type machinery such as bridge and portal container cranes.


Conditions of use
1. Ambient temperature: 0 C ~+40 C;
2. Driving power supply for hydraulic station: generally used for three-phase AC380V and 50HZ;
3. Control power supply of hydraulic station: AC220V, 50HZ;
4. Limit switch power supply: AC125V-250V:
5. Applicable working mode: intermittent, short-term action and low frequency.

principle of operation
The hydraulic spring-type rail clamp uses spring pressure to clamp the clamp, and releases the clamp against the hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic pump station provides pressure oil and controls the electromagnetic valve to make the hydraulic cylinder work. The oil pump is interlocked with the crane operating mechanism. When the crane walks, open the rail clamp first. After the clamp mouth is fully opened, the oil pump motor is pulled off by the limit switch (the solenoid valve is still energized). At the same time, the interlocking circuit of the crane walking motor is connected, and the main engine starts to walk. After the oil pump motor is cut off, the hydraulic system always keeps the clamp in the open position due to the pressure maintaining effect of the one-way valve and solenoid valve.


However, due to the internal leakage in the hydraulic system, after the clamp is opened, the opening degree will be reduced to a certain extent after a period of time. With the action of the limit switch, the time relay will be cut off and the oil pump motor will be connected, and the oil cylinder will be replenished again to restore the clamp to the fully opened position.

 

At this time, the limit switch will cut off the oil pump motor and the on-time relay. In this process, due to the time delay of the time relay, the interlocking relay of the cart walking is always energized, so it will not affect the normal walking of the cart, which is very important! When the solenoid valve is de-energized, the clamp automatically clamps the track to achieve the wind-proof braking effect and at the same time produce the rollover prevention effect. The rail clamp is connected with the crane in a floating way, which is convenient for rail centering and can meet the crane deviation requirements.
