2. The oil return valve is not closed, which causes the hydraulic system to fail to work normally, so it is necessary to tighten the oil return valve.

3. If the filter is blocked, replace or clean the filter.

4. If the hydraulic oil is insufficient, add enough hydraulic oil to the elevator.

5. The gear pump is damaged, and the oil cannot be lifted without pressure. The gear pump of the elevator should be replaced.

6. When the backup valve or electromagnetic directional valve fails, it is necessary to replace it with a new one.

7, manual pump, gear pump oil leakage, serious oil leakage will lead to insufficient power, need to replace the elevator oil pump sealing ring in time.

8. The circuit is open, and the hydraulic system is controlled by the circuit. If the circuit is short-circuited or open-circuited, it will also lead to the failure of lifting, so it is necessary to check the elevator button contactor and fuse.

9. The one-way valve of the manual pump is stuck and the return fails. This kind of failure is troublesome. The solution is: unscrew the bolt at the valve port of the oil pump, overhaul and clean it, and replace the clean hydraulic oil.
