Working Principle:
The DJPZ-150 Industrial Spring application electromagnetic brake is mainly composed of several components, including yoke iron, armature, connecting plate, coil, spring, friction disc, gear sleeve and manual release device. Its working principle is to realize braking and release through the combined action of electromagnetic force and spring force. When an electric current passes through the coil, an electromagnetic field is generated, which attracts the armature to move towards the yoke iron, thus compressing the spring and separating the friction disc from the rotating shaft or gear sleeve, enabling brake release. When the current is cut off, the spring force pushes the armature back to its original position, making the friction disc contact with the rotating shaft or gear sleeve, generating braking force.
