YWZ4(YT1) Series Industrial Crane Brake
Crane brakes are composed of brake pads, brake arms, brake wheels and brake releasers.
The brake wheel is often installed on the rotating shaft of the mechanism as a half of the coupling. Symmetrically arranged brake arms are hinged to the fixed part of the frame. The two brake pads with friction materials attached to the inner side are respectively movably hinged on the two brake arms. Under the action of the braking force of the brake releaser, the paired brake pads compress the brake wheel radially to generate braking torque.
YWZ4 (YT1) series electric hydraulic drum brakes are widely used for deceleration and parking (maintenance) braking of various mechanisms in various hoisting transportation, belt transportation, port loading and unloading, metallurgy and construction machinery with explosion-proof requirements.
