Core Advantages
Flexible two-step braking with adjustable performance
It implements step-by-step braking through two-stage torque output. The first step applies a small braking torque for smooth deceleration, and the second step increases the torque to achieve reliable maintaining or windproof braking. Moreover, the delay time between the two steps can be adjusted within 1 - 15 seconds via the one-way speed control valve in the damping cylinder loop, which can meet the braking needs of different working conditions.
The braking spring is arranged in the square tube with a scale. Users can directly read the braking torque value, eliminating the cumbersome measurement and calculation processes during torque adjustment.
High operational safety and reliability
The interlocking clearance equalization device and automatic shoe positioning device can keep the clearance of the brake shoes on both sides balanced without manual adjustment. This completely avoids the phenomenon that one side of the brake lining adheres to the brake wheel due to uneven clearance, thus preventing potential safety hazards such as abnormal wear of the brake wheel.
It can be equipped with release or closing limit switches. Strong expansibility and adaptability
It supports multiple additional devices, including manual release devices. When the power is cut off or the hydraulic system fails, the brake can be manually released for emergency handling. It can also be equipped with a thruster with a descending delay valve to realize delayed closing of the brake.
Its connection size and braking torque parameters comply with multiple standards such as JB/T and DIN15435. It has good compatibility and can be matched with different types of large and medium-sized mechanical equipment.

The brake is suitable for working environments with an ambient temperature of -20°C to 50°C, a relative humidity not exceeding 90%, and an altitude not exceeding 2000 meters. It should be avoided to be used in environments with flammable, explosive gases or strong corrosive media. If used outdoors, anti-corrosion modified products should be selected.
During the operation, pay attention to regularly checking the oil level of the E50A thruster and the tightness of the hydraulic pipeline to prevent brake failure caused by oil leakage.
After long-term use, if the braking effect is found to be weakened, first check the wear degree of the brake lining. Once it reaches the limit mark, replace the lining in time to avoid affecting the braking performance.
