First, safety instructions

1. The newly installed brake that has not been fully run and operated (or the brake pad is not well attached to the brake drum, its braking torque may be only half or even less than the rated torque;

2. The braking torque of the brake used for the main hoisting or similar mechanism should be at least twice the actual load torque on the braking shaft;

3. Before installing, using or maintaining the brake, carefully read and understand the contents of the manual and strictly abide by the methods and steps of the manual;

4. Do not loosen the brake spring at will to ensure that the braking torque of the brake is consistent with the design requirements;

5. Do not allow any oil, paint, grease or other impurities to adhere to Dok Karan Blade 1976 and splash on the braking surface of the brake drum and brake pad;
