Second, the brake before installation inspection
1. Check whether the brake is damaged or missing during transportation or storage.
2. Check whether the surface of the brake wheel is clean. If there is oil stain or other dirt, it should be thoroughly removed.

Third, the installation of the brake
1. According to the installation position of the brake in the main engine, determine the side with larger or more convenient maintenance and adjustment space for the brake. If the follow-up device and the equal distance device are not on one side of the maintenance space, they can be removed and installed on the same side.
2. Longitudinal mounting: firstly, rotate the spring pull rod to make the braking spring force reach the minimum value, then rotate the pull rod to spread the two brake arms, and then sleeve the brake on the brake wheel.
3. Horizontal installation: When the brake wheel is installed between the motor or other machine parts, firstly, the back-off equalizing device is separated from the left connecting plate, then the pin shaft is punched out, and the brake arm is lifted up and installed on the brake wheel from the side.
