YW-E Series Two-Stage Drum Brake

YW-E two-stage electro-hydraulic drum brake is a specialized braking solution independently developed for outdoor port gantry cranes, yard trolleys and large lifting equipment. Different from ordinary single-stage brakes, it adopts a unique two-step braking structure with adjustable delay function, equipped with built-in auto equal clearance linkage and spring fail-safe power-off locking design. It realizes soft deceleration first and full windproof holding afterward, effectively solving cargo swing, trolley sliding and transmission shock problems in open-air port operation scenarios.
