YW-L series lightweight electro-hydraulic drum brake is a space-optimized miniaturized braking solution developed for equipment with cramped mounting space. Compared with conventional YWZ4/YWZ8 standard brakes, it adopts a slim low-profile integrated cast frame, lighter overall weight and smaller outer dimension while retaining complete spring-applied fail-safe braking performance. It is widely matched with small jib cranes, mini overhead cranes, light-duty belt conveyors and compact trolley travel mechanisms.

Working principle: Energize the supporting ED electro-hydraulic thruster to retract brake shoes and release the drum; power cut off, built-in high-strength compression springs instantly clamp the brake drum to realize safety parking and anti-slip protection.
